Puzzle
A farmer is going to the market his taking a fox, a hen and a bag of corn,
Now on the way to the market he has to cross a bridge,
He can only take one thing at a time, over the bridge.
However the fox and the hen can't be left together
And the hen and the corn can't be left together
So how dose he cross the bridge?
(His allow to cross the bridge only 10 times)
(You might need to draw this one out)
Good luck email me your answers so nobody can copy yours, after I get a few I will put all the asnwers on here with the correct one, you may have how many times you like to work it out

Takes over the hen, leaves the hen there
Goes back to pick up the fox .....
Takes the fox over picks up the hen goes back over the bridge leaving fox one other side ......
Picks up the corn leaves the hen take corn over .......
Leaves corn and fox, goes back for the hen alone ......
Picks up the hen takes it over .. all 3 make it .........
Done
Fox itsnt left with chicken and chicken not left with corn etc etc

The key to this puzzle is that the fox and the corn are the only things that must ever be left alone together. So...
I think the farmer 1) takes the hen over the bridge; 2) goes back over the bridge alone; 3) takes the fox over the bridge to where the hen is; 4) leaves the fox and takes the hen back over the bridge with him to the start; 5) leaves the hen back at the start and takes the corn over the bridge to where the fox is; 6) crosses back over the bridge alone; 7) takes the hen over the bridge again to where the corn and the fox are. He can then go on his way - providing the hen or the fox didn't run away when he left them on their own
Ross
Take the hen across first
then take the fox across
take the hen back
take the corn across
go back
take the hen across =]

i make it seven trips back and forth.
trip 1 take hen and leave on the far side of bridge.
trip 2 leave hen and return empty handed.
trip 3 take fox and leave on far side of bridge.
trip 4 pick up hen and return leaving fox behind.
trip 5 leave hen, take corn to the far side so fox and corn are on far side.
trip 6 return empty handed
trip 7 take hen over to where the fox and corn are.
well done your all correct now I have intersted I made think of new ones so watch this space
